I ordered soya bean milk (cold) and the braised beef noodles with tendon ($13.99). When it arrived the broth was fragrant I started salivating instantly. The noodles were al dente, brisket very tender and soft and came apart very easily. The tendon was the right amount of chewy. The broth was the right level of salty and it was sour at the same time; They play well off each other. The cold soya bean milk after the meal was the perfect drink to wash the meal.
Four Four South Noodles is located around Yonge and College.
I give the braised beef noodles a solid 9/10.
Definitely a place I am going to revisit.
